Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use URBANDINKR at urbandrip.club, run by UrbanDrip. By signing in or using the app you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

• You must be 18 or over. You confirm this when you set up your profile, and we store that confirmation with the date and the version of these terms. If you aren't 18, you can't use the app and should delete your account. We remove accounts of people under 18 when we learn of them.
• Use your own Google account, one account per person, and your real level and town.
• Your handle is permanent once chosen, so pick one you are happy with. It can't impersonate someone or be offensive.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.

Keep it friendly. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, hate on or sexually target anyone, or post sexual or violent content.
• Sexualize, exploit or harm a child in any way. See our Child Safety Standards.
• Post other people's private information, or photos of them without their permission.
• Spam, scam, advertise without permission, or impersonate anyone.
• Fake matches or scores, confirm false results, or otherwise manipulate ratings.
• Add courts or sessions that aren't real, or list a place you have no right to offer.
• Break the law, attack the app, get around blocks or suspensions, or scrape it with bots.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share it as needed to run and promote the app, following your visibility settings, such as showing your comments on public pages. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except where other players' records depend on it, like a confirmed match. You confirm you have the right to post what you post.

The URBANDINKR Rating (UDR) is our own community rating. It isn't DUPR or an official ranking, and it may change as we improve it.

• A rating changes only after an opposing player confirms the score. Unconfirmed matches expire after 72 hours.
• Some confirmed matches stay unrated, such as when a player or the same lineup reaches a daily limit.
• Automatic score reading can make mistakes. Check the score before you submit or confirm it.
• If you dispute a score, talk it over with the other players and log it again. Admins can void a match, which reverses its rating changes.

Hosts and court managers are independent players or venues, not our employees or agents. They run their own sessions and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fees and schedules, and for having the right to use the venue.

Any signed-in player can become a host by accepting the host rules, so we don't review or vouch for hosts before they post. As a host you agree to:

• Post real sessions at real venues only.
• Keep your fees and times accurate.
• Never collect money for a session that doesn't exist.
• Follow the community rules.

New hosts have limits on how many sessions, courts and leagues they can create, and their sessions show a New host badge. The limits and the badge are there to help you decide, not a guarantee about any host, new or not. Be careful about paying before you've met a host.

We don't own, inspect or guarantee any court, and a pin or listing can be wrong. Hosts can cancel sessions or remove players, and late cancellations are shown to the host.

The app is free and doesn't process payments. You pay any court or session fees directly to the host or venue, in person or through a service like GCash. Those payments, including refunds and disputes, are strictly between you and them, and we can't recover money for you.

Pickleball is a physical sport and can cause injury. Check that you are fit to play, inspect the court, and use your judgement about the people and places you meet through the app. We don't screen players or supervise games. Meet in public places and tell someone where you are going, especially if you are a younger player.

Urban AI is an automated assistant and can be wrong. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, and don't put personal details in it. It is rate-limited, and automated or abusive use is blocked. It is for people 18 and over like the rest of the app. It works without an account, so we can't check the age of someone who isn't signed in: by using it you confirm you're 18 or over.

We can remove content, void matches, hide or merge courts, hide or cancel sessions, revoke hosting, or suspend accounts if we believe someone has broken these terms or put others at risk. We may do this without notice when safety requires it.

You can report a player from their profile, a comment or a chat, and report a message, a comment, a session or an Urban AI reply. Our Child Safety Standards explain how to report abuse involving a child.

A session reported by several players may be hidden automatically until an admin reviews it. We don't tell hosts who reported them. If reports are upheld, the session is cancelled and counts against the host.

If we revoke your hosting, your upcoming sessions are cancelled, the players who joined are notified, and you can't become a host again on your own. You can ask us to look at it again through Help & feedback.

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account yourself. Confirmed matches stay as "Deleted player" so other players' ratings are not affected, as our Privacy Policy explains. If you can't sign in, ask through our contact form. We'll reply to your sign-in email address to check it's you, and we may ask for more detail before acting. Deleting a suspended account doesn't lift the suspension: that Google account can't rejoin. To appeal a decision, use the same form. It works without signing in, so you can use it even if your account is suspended.

The app is free and provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, accurate or free of errors. We can change or stop features at any time.

To the extent the law allows, UrbanDrip isn't liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from games, venues, hosts, other players or payments between users, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for fraud, gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

We may update these terms and will post a notice in the app for important changes. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions: use Help & feedback if you're signed in, or our contact form if you're not.
